Case 1:
Steelmaking plant ladle number identification system:
All steel ladles, iron water ladles and ladle numbers in the steel plant are located and identified, with full consideration of the unique working environment of iron and steel enterprises, and the adoption of highly reliable hardware equipment to ensure stable and normal work under extreme adverse conditions such as vibration and electromagnetic interference. Under the premise that the ladle number is not defaced, the identification success rate reaches ≥99%.
System functions:
1) Identification object
The standardised spray-printed iron/steel ladle number on the iron/steel ladle, consisting of two digits, identifies the ladle number.
2) Identification timing
When the ladle/tundish enters the corresponding point, the ladle/tundish number will be recognised and the current point will be recorded, and the position track of the ladle/tundish will be tracked through the ladle number.
3) Identification Function
Ø At the same time of identifying the ladle number, it can record the date and time of identification (accurate to minutes) and the information of the point position, and connect the time and space information of the corresponding iron/steel ladle through the ladle number;
Ø Failure to recognise the ladle number will prompt the site in time, and ask to fill in the ladle number manually, and statistically generate the iron ladle.
Ø / ladle number recognition failure record, while recording the judgement failure image. Failure to recognise the ladle number, continue with the subsequent thermal imaging procedure, after manually inputting the ladle number, automatically complete the actions related to the success of the ladle number identification

Case 2:
Stamp machine use monitoring system:
Purpose: to prevent the seal is not used during the period of external banding for private stamping, stealing stamping of documents that the enterprise does not know, resulting in significant losses to the enterprise. Application scenarios: banks, large construction and engineering enterprises, government departments, etc..
Function: ① Turn on the camera of the seal machine and start the seal monitoring work.
② in the process of stamping, continuous monitoring of the seal in the camera field of view, when the seal moved out of the set range of the camera field of view, triggering the device beeping alarm, and record the time the seal moved out and back.
③ Turn off the camera and stop the seal monitoring work.
